II PEG Strategy

  • Conduct a collaborative Requirement and TOA distribution review for every MDEP with essential Stakeholders
  • Exercise fiscal restraint and make every dollar count
  • Offset authorized new growth with internal bill payers to the fullest extent possible
  • Support the institutionalizing of Secretary of the Army-approved efficiencies to realize Secretary of Defense-approved enhancements
  • Coordinate any PEG resource decisions that influence other PEG’s programs with those respective PEGs
  • Provide smart and defensible recommendations to Senior Army Leadership
