II PEG / RDI Staff Functions

RDI maintains relationships with MDEP Managers and Stakeholders, cultivates situational awareness of their respective programs, and provides detailed analysis.

  • Analyze a portfolio of programs / MDEPs and act as SME to II PEG Leadership
  • Coordinate with MDEP Managers to ensure they have the most relevant and up-to-date information
  • Provide QA / QC of all MDEP Manager Requirements and briefing materials
  • Document requirements decisions made at the:
    • Requirements Validation Team (RVT) MDEP Briefings
    • Requirements & Resource (R&R) MDEP Briefings
  • Input competing and critical requirements and TOA distribution into the PROBE database
  • Recommend distribution of TOA IAW Army priorities (APGM / TGM)
  • Review / prepare analysis of Commanders’ Narrative Assessments (CNAs)
  • Work with ABO to prepare the Budget Justification Books and respond to OSD questions
  • Develop information papers for the Congressional Staffer Book (CSB)
  • Prepare responses to official inquiries (Congressional, Command)
