Mission
The Governance Division’s mission is to implement decisions via governance boards; measure performance via metrics; manage customer relationships and needs via surveys and requirements tracking tools; provide timely and cost effective contracts via acquisition oversight and to ensure the successful implementation of Sharepoint.
Vision
To provide OACSIM with an I&T Governance Program that effectively delivers decisions to the appropriate stakeholders.
